Wishing you a Pink, fun and prosperous ‘22So 2022 is upon us. We hope you’re enjoying the final stages of the festive season wherever you are and that it’s been traditionally fun, so maybe seeing more friends and family, than last year. You’ll remember that 2020’s Christmas and New Year’s Eve festivities in many places were disrupted with last minute, changes about what you could do, affecting millions of people’s plans. Now as we move into 2022, the rules still look likely to keep changing rapidly on what people are allowed to do, where they can travel, what they need to do and what the requirements are to carry on with their social lives, travel or meet up safely. We’ll continue to keep you updated in our monthly news-letters as best we can. |
On a brighter note, we now have 228 Prides listed for 2022 across the world. Let’s keep fingers crossed that Prides and venues prosper once again in 2022! Love & Pink Respect from Dave & the team,

Night clubbers need a Covid vax pass but no further restrictions in England
Under England’s new ‘Plan B’ rules, night-clubs must check a customer’s vaccination status via the ‘NHS Covid vaccination pass’ or the person must show proof of a negative lateral flow rapid test. The rules do not apply to bars and pubs. Given the enforced closures of the nightclub and hospitality industries over the last year or two, we hope this new hurdle is a short-term public health measure only.
Other UK nations such as Scotland have closed clubs for three weeks from 27 December 2021.
More info from the UK Government.
