Pride on Sea, takes place on Saturday the 22nd July 2023.

We believe that pride is something that exists in everyday life, across every section of the community, and not just at a pride event. It is something to be celebrated at every opportunity. We’ve identified what we believe is an opportunity for LGBTQIA+ representation in Burnham and Highbridge, so we’ve started Pride on Sea to champion the cause and harness local support. Pride on the sea, where even the tide is out, will also have an exhibition leading up to the main event in the local theatre.

Parade
With a march starting from 10am onwards from Highbridge Station, to the event site in Burnham-on-Sea.
Burnham-on-Sea may have the shortest Pier, but Pride-on-Sea and has a long Pride March. We'll meet at Highbridge Station around 10am, leaving at 10.30am to March through Highbridge into Burnham-on-Sea, along the sea front and into Manor Gardens to really get the party started.

Festival
Manor Gardens 12-6pm.
The lovely Miss Beaver will be hosting a full line up of very special acts between 12 and 6pm who are sure to get you dancing. We've got some wonderful organisations coming, so make sure you take a wonder through our stall area and have a chat about the things they are doing in our area. Maybe pick up a bit of merch while you are at it. You can buy refreshments on site at the bar or the food vendors, but fear not, there are many other fantastic places to buy in Burnham-on-Sea
