Liverpool Pride CR Pride Foundation has revealed the theme to its inaugural programme of events, cultural and community activities – Come As You Are.

The theme calls to all people, regardless of where they are from or how they identify, to take pride in their identity and come together in the spirit of friendship, love and respect. The visual representation of the theme features a series of different brushstroke fonts and a rainbow mosaic in the shape of a face, made up from images of those from within the LGBT+ community, along with supporters and allies.
The visual is intended to symbolise collaborative strength, with the brushstrokes highlighting individuality and the presence of people from all walks of life, while the mosaic face represents strength in numbers and a community coming together with a singular voice and purpose.

Parade
This year’s march will be held on the morning of Saturday 27th July, with a muster point at St George’s Plateau from 11am and the procession beginning from noon.
The route will work it’s way around Liverpool City Centre taking in all the beauty of our city and showcasing the incredible businesses and organisations who are supporting the LCR Pride Foundation with our amazing Support Flags.

We will finish at the Pride in Liverpool festival site on Tithebarn Street, where everyone can join in the celebration of equality, diversity and inclusion, alongside friends, family and supporters!
