Fresh from his critically acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe debut, award-winning HIV+ theatre-maker Nathaniel Hall presents this 'hilarious' and 'heartbreaking' autobiographical solo show about growing up positive in a negative world.

Youth Pride

Suitable for: LGBT+ residents aged 13-25.

Event details: hosted by the Proud Trust, this event will offer the opportunity to meet other young LGBT+ people aged 13-25. There'll be performances, food, fun and games and the chance to get to know new people.
Springvale Youth Service workshops

Event details: Rochdale Youth Service will be celebrating Pride with a series of workshops around sexuality, homophobia and transphobia, as well as looking at what diversity is and what it means to be an inclusive youth group. There will be quizzes and games.

Event details: Touchstones Rochdale is exploring the borough’s LGBT+ history. Why are there so many gaps in the collection? What can we do to document and build on LGBT+ past and future in the borough? Join us with digital archivist Drew Ellery from Manchester Central Libraries and conservator Pierrette Squires from Bolton Museum, who'll shine a light on some of the projects they've been working on to diversify and make more accessible the collections they work with. The event will be open to discussion afterwards to tackle what we can be doing as custodians of the collection to ensure it's more accessible and representative of the LGBT+ community in Rochdale.

Event details: drawing from the history of pride events globally, the Women in Touch dance group have created a piece about unity and equality inspired by the current Peterloo commemorations. Their procession will run from the Yorkshire Street entrance of the Wheatsheaf and through the shopping centre.
