Limerick Pride takes place from the 3rd to 9th July 2023.
Limerick LGBT has a thriving community working together and with other organisations to progress gay rights and culture in the city and county. The highlight of the year is the annual Limerick LGBT Pride Festival. For Limerick LGBT who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender this is an amazing occasion as everyone walks with Pride up O’Connell Street accompanied by their loved ones, family, and friends as the lovely people of Limerick cheer from the sidelines.

Parade
Saturday the 8th of July
Gathering at Pery Square 12.20- 12.40 pm for floats, groups gathering from 12.50 pm.
The parade leaves Pery Square strictly at 2 pm.
Finishing time is at 2.45 pm with groups making their way to the back of the Hunt Museum grounds, floats will be continuing their journey or if they wish can park into the Potato Market car park at their own cost.
Limerick Pride Parade will bring some extra colour and music to Limerick City Centre, gathering at Pery Square from 12.20 pm for floats, with groups gathering from 12.50 pm. The Parade will leave strictly at 2 pm, the Parade will make its way across Mallow Street to Henry Street, past Arthurs Quay Park, ending at the Hunt Museum.
Festival
Saturday the 8th of July
PrideFest 2023 at the Hunt Museum is a showcase of local LGBT culture in a lavish marquee in the museum gardens from 3 pm – 6 pm. This is a free family-friendly event with a free bouncing castle for kids, a cone van, café and bar on-site, live music, and plenty of entertainment including the Annual Tea Dance with Myles Breen.
After party
Later that evening Limerick Pride will take over Dolans with this annual sell-out event, The Climax Party, three venues offering all under one roof and 3 DJs in every room. The Warehouse will have singers, a drag show, and Pride's headliner (TBA this week, check out Limerick Pride socials and www.limerickpride.ie), followed by a DJ, Upstairs in Dolans will see the return of the very popular Saved By The 90s with a live drummer, while the Kasbah club will have something completely different.
There will be Meet & Greet tickets available which include an hour-early entry before the main doors open, meet & greet with the headliner, a professional picture, a glass of prosecco on arrival, hang out, and get selfies with the acts before the show.
