Laois Pride takes place from the 8th to 14th September 2025.

Midlands LGBT+ Project is designed to support and provide spaces for LGBT+ adults in Laois, Kildare, Offaly and Westmeath. We host regular monthly social meet ups, peer support groups, pride and awareness events, and support for parents of LGBT+ young people. Through these activities, we hope to help create a well needed sense of community for LGBT+ people in the midlands, and reduce the isolation felt widely throughout the community. The first Laois Pride Festival was established in 2022 by a small team of incredible volunteers, helped by Midlands LGBT+ project. We are delighted to see it continue and grow into 2024 and beyond!
