CSD Saarbrucken takes place over the weekend 1st, 2nd June 2024.

The Saar Lesbian and Gay Association promotes the acceptance of queer lifestyles in public. The LSVD Saar sees itself as a civil rights association. We want to ensure that LGBTI people can develop their personal life plans in a self-determined way - free from legal disadvantages, free from the pressure to conform to heterosexual norms, free from hostilities and discrimination. Parade
Sunday, June 2nd, the parade starts at 2pm from Hafenstrasse and leads through Viktoriastrasse, Luisenbrücke, Eisenbahnstrasse, Stengelstrasse, Wilhelm-Heinrich-Brücke, Dudweiler Strasse, Stephanstrasse, Betzenstrasse, Am Stadtgraben, Schillerplatz and ends at Bismarckstrasse. The celebration then continues on the festival mile on upper Mainzer Straße.

Festival
Satyurday & Sunday, upper Mainzer Straße becomes a colorful CSD festival mile. This year we have expanded the street festival so that the festival mile stretches from the intersection of Mainzer Straße/Bleichstraße to Johannishof (Mainzer Straße 30). The street festival begins on Saturday, June 1st at 4 p.m., with the traditional political panel discussion following at 5 p.m.
