CSD Schwandorf takes place on Saturday the 17th June 2023.

The Pride parade of Schwandorf is scheduled for Saturday the 17th of June 2023. The pride celebrations will start at 2:30 pm with a parade from the “Untere Marktplatz” going through the city and returning to the centre with a rally.

This year’s motto of all Kunterbunt Amberg pride rallies is “Klaus-Peter Beer darf sich nicht wiederholen! Queerer Aktionsplan Bayern jetzt!” (Klaus-Peter Beer shall not be repeated! For a queer Bavarian Road map!) Klaus-Peter Beer was killed in Amberg for being gay by right-wing extremists in 1995.

Multiple pride organizations demand a queer Bavarian Road map along with us, since Bavaria is the only state in Germany not yet following or at least establishing a queer strategy.
