Info
ChillOut Daylesford takes place from 7th to 11th March 2024.
Daylesford, Victoria, is the secret (or not so secret) gay capital of Australia. This picturesque rural hamlet is just a one-hour drive from Melbourne airport and 90 minutes from the city. Daylesford has a large gay population and united group of shop owners and tourism operators. All the businesses in the area have been gay-friendly for more than 20 years. The much-loved Parade featuring everything we have grown to love about Queer Country Pride is taking over the town for one magical hour from 10am. Then head to Victoria Park for all the fun of the fair with a day loaded with plenty of stalls, entertainment, FReeZa youth events, dogs how, workshops, country games and a drag fashion parade.
Daylesford will celebrate queer country pride once again in 2024 with a star-studded line-up. Keep an eye out for full event details and festival guides in the coming months. We sold out early last year, so don’t miss out.
