Wagga Mardi Gras takes place on Saturday the 11th March 2023.
Wagga Mardi Gras aims to raise the visibility of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex communities in the Riverina, providing an opportunity to express their creativity and celebrate their identity. We invite the whole community along for the ride, including an evening of amazing floats, laughs and fun.
The parade will take place down Wagga’s main strip, Baylis Street, with a gold coin donation after party. C’mon Wagga!! Try on your tutu, sew on some sequins, apply liberal amounts of fake tan and glitter, and get set for a parade and party like Wagga’s never seen before!

We're kicking of Wagga Mardi Gras Festival 2023 in style!! Join our Queens on the deck at Tilly’s for a fun night of balls dropping, music popping, live performances and amazing prizes!
Where: Tilly’s on the deck, 18+ event
When: Thursday 9th March 2023, 7pm-10pm (Doors open at 5pm, so pop in early and have dinner on the deck)

Wagga MARDI GRAS DRAG SHOW at Tilly’s
Join 5 of the Gold Coast’s top queens at Tilly’s for what is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated events of Wagga Mardi Gras festival!

When: Friday 10th March 2023, 7pm-late (Doors open at 5pm, so pop in early and have dinner on the deck)

Twin City Skate RAINBOW ROLLER DISCO!
As usual, everyone is welcome! The Rainbow Roller Disco is an all-ages family-friendly event being held on the eve of the parade. We expect it to be one heck of a party, and we certainly can't wait to see the wild and colourful outfits skaters will wear!
Skate hostess Bec will be joined by Drag King, Tom Roy, and Drag Queen, Imina Something, who will make sure the night pumps along with a fabulous playlist!
Due to the nature of skate hire (sizes etc), this event will not be ticketed, so it is first-in best-dressed on the night. We do have a very large number of hire skates available, but it will surely be a big night, so arrive early or bring your own skates to absolutely guarantee your spot!

From 5pm, a parade of all things rainbow will proceed down Baylis Street.
