Surrey History Centre: Surrey Heritage has been preserving the archives and stories of Surrey's LGBT community through research, outreach, and projects since 2010. We are committed to developing LGBT collections at Surrey History Centre and access to LGBT heritage.

Their online LGBT case studies reveal more about the famous and not-so-famous figures from Surrey’s LGBT past, including Edward Carpenter, Noel Coward, Dirk Bogarde, Dame Ethel Smyth, Quentin Crisp, JR Ackerley, EM Forster, Harry Daley, Edward Onslow, Alan Turing, Beverley Nicholls, and Peter Pears, to name a few.

Each year in February for LGBT+ History Month, we host a free display in our foyer and post on social media.
