HeadsOut offers support for LGBT+ people who struggle with their mental health, eg, with anxiety, low mood, overwhelmed, low self-worth, or self-harm behaviour. We also support those experiencing mental health crisis including suicidal thoughts or behaviour.

We can support individuals to create a mental health plan using a preventative model over 6 sessions to identify where you might need support. For those experiencing mental health crisis, we support over 3 sessions to create a safety plan.

In addition, we have mental health group support:
- ReClaim is for LBT+ women and non-binary people who have experienced any form of hate or violence. The experience does not have to be recent or extreme, but we aim to reclaim our identities and sense of self

- Imago is for trans, non-binary and gender non-confirming people to share a safe supportive space

- ReClaim is an LGBT+ space to acknowledge our struggles and support each other

- ReFit is a mental health activity program fo
