HeadsOut offers support for LGBT+ people who struggle with their mental health, eg, with anxiety, low mood, overwhelmed, low self-worth, or self-harm behaviour. We also support those experiencing mental health crisis, including suicidal thoughts or behaviour.

We can support individuals to create a mental health plan using a preventative model over 6 sessions to identify where you might need support. For those experiencing mental health crisis, we support over 3 sessions to create a safety plan.

In addition, we have mental health group support:
Recharge Mondays 10.30–12.30 in Walthamstow Library

- Imago is for trans, non-binary and gender non-confirming people to share a safe supportive space online
