We are now running our uplifting Kickboxing classes online. This is a great opportunity for you to release endorphins, feel empowered & push your fitness to a whole new KB Kickboxing level. Some more advantages of training online:

> The live feed generates a profound sense of community in real time, many members say hi & comment throughout the class (you can be quiet if you prefer).

By participating, please note that you are doing so at your own risk and must ensure that you have adequate and non-slip floor space in which to participate. Don’t push too hard; if something doesn’t feel right for your body, avoid it. If you have any health concerns that may prevent you from exercising safely.
