Roskhill House, built in 1890, is a five-bedroom guesthouse near Dunvegan, a perfect location for those exploring the limitless beauty of the Isle of Skye.

We’ve recently had our AA 4-Star Gold rating reconfirmed and are the first guesthouse on Skye to have a Gold rating from Green Tourism.

As a proud member of the Rainbow Mark programme, we have created a smart and relaxed environment and provide the warmest welcome.

Each morning we prepare delicious vegetarian and vegan breakfasts that celebrate Scottish ingredients (with a nod to Roskhill's Nordic heritage), which will fuel you for your island adventures (on foot, by car, by boat or on our e-bikes). Earlier this year, we won the AA’s Best Breakfast of the Year award.

In the evening, after enjoying a great meal at a nearby restaurant, settle back at Roskhill House to sample a local malt whisky, gin, or beer in our snug.

Later, head for a restful night in our ensuite rooms, where your comfort and calm have been considered.

Facilities

No dogs, however, our lovely Labrador, Brodie, is on hand for those needing dog cuddles while on holiday.
