The Muntham Apartments are self catering holiday apartments located in the leafy Wellswood residential area of Torquay. Torquay harbour and town centre are a five minute drive away, but can also easily be reached on foot in about twenty minutes. Public transport links in the area are superb and a high frequency bus service is just a five minute walk from the apartments.

The Muntham Apartments themselves are formed within a grand old Victorian villa built for a member of Parliament for the area. Today they retain much of their Victorian grandeur and charm whilst also meeting the needs of 21st century visitors.

There are a range of apartments available. The largest and most luxurious is our 'townhouse' which has over 117 square meters of space laid out over three floors. We also have a number of one bedroom apartments as well as some great value for money studio apartments.

The building is surrounded by nearly an acre of grounds and is therefore a tranquil.
