It can be rented as the whole house with 3 dble bedrooms + 2 shower-rooms + cloakroom WC, @ £590pw: or can be split into 2x one bedroom apartments each with their own shower-room, lounge, kitchen etc. Grd floor @ £300pw & 1st floor @ £325pw. Each of the 3 layouts can take extra guests if required (@ £84pppw), sleeping a total of 10 when the whole house rented.

a cosy lounge/diner overlooking the bay (with 2x bed settees for use as 2nd bedroom) and TV, with a small well equipped fully fitted kitchen just off it. So this apartment sleeps 2-5 guests. (an extra bed can be added when this lounge is made up as bedroom for whole house rentals...sleeping a total of 6 guests on the grd floor).

On the 1st floor is a king/twin bedroom (3rd) and shower-room, a modern dining kitchen and a cosy lounge with unrestricted views of the bay and the option of an open fire for chillier days. This lounge also has 2x bed settees, so this apartment sleeps 2-4 guests.

All 3 bedrooms have kingsized beds that can be made up as singles if required.
