Northampton Pride 2024

Northampton Pride takes place on Saturday the 13th July 2024.

Now in its 7th year, the event is organised by the Northampton Pride Committee and West Northamptonshire Council’s LGBTQ+ and Allies Forum and features live performances, walkabout entertainers, stalls, food and much more for people to participate in. This year’s event will once again take place at University of Northampton’s Waterside Campus with a programme of entertainment and activities, which last year, saw thousands of people attend from Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, creating an unforgettable buzz within the town.

Parade
The Pride Parade, which has become a central part of the celebrations, will also be taking place as part of this year’s event, starting in Northampton Town Centre at 11am and finishing at the University of Northampton’s Waterside Campus, where there will be a range of stalls and live entertainment until 6pm.

Festival
Northampton Pride is a free event that relies on the generous support of groups and organisations. Entertainment on the day will include rainbow stilt walkers, hula hoopers, burlesque dancers, Drag Queens and musical performances, with this year’s main stage being sponsored by Northampton Town Council. A number of community groups will also be present on the day to provide information and support.
