Lower Barns Boutique wedding Venue & B&B is set on 2 acres of gardens, this quirky, boutique B&B is 1.5 miles (2.41 km) from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and 10 miles (16 km) from the Eden Project.

The colourful, vintage-chic rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffee making facilities. Suites add sofas and individual features including a sun room, a wood-burning stove, a sauna, and a 4-poster bed. A split-level family room has a separate kids' room.

Breakfast is served in a glass-enclosed dining room, while evening meals (fee) are also available in a rustic, candlelit shed with a log fireplace. There's also a hot tub and spa treatments.
